Q: How do I know which size will work best for my bag?

A: We know there a millions of bag styles and sizes out there.  At Luggage Armour we try to accommodate our customers to the best of our ability.  Use our size charts to help you in your size selection.  If you have questions or aren’t finding what you are looking for, feel free to Contact us.

Q: What is your return policy?

A: Visit our Terms page for details on returns or exchanges.

Q: I am not finding the color/style combination I want.

A: Drop us a line and Contact us.  We are always happy to discuss future offerings or help you with a custom request.

Q: Is this luggage cover TSA approved?

A: Don’t be fooled.  No luggage covers, wraps or similar are “TSA Approved”, even if they claim to be.  TSA states luggage can be covered or sealed, but upon inspection covers or seals may have to be removed.  They obviously do not guarantee that they will replace the seal or cover.  With that said, TSA does not say you can not use luggage covers, but there is the risk of losing it in transit should they pull it off for inspection.  This is why Luggage Armour utilizes a bag tethering device to prevent loss.  But in the case it should be lost, we have priced many of our covers at an affordable cost making the separation….and replacement, just a little easier.

Q: Will you replace my luggage cover if TSA removes and loses it?

A: Sorry.  Luggage Armour can’t be responsible for the product (aside from manufacturing defects and the like) once it is received by our customers.

Q: Where are your products made?

A: Luggage Armour products are made in the USA.  Our products are distributed world wide.

Q: Do you offer discounts for bulk or higher quantity purchases?

Q: Are there any other acceptable methods of payment?

A: Luggage Armour uses Paypal as it is safe and secure for both us and our customers.  Of course, we pay a little more, but its worth the piece of mind.
