Return or Exchange Policy
Luggage Armour LLC stands behind its product and will honor a 30 day return policy from date of order on all Luggage Covers for the following reasons:
- Manufacturing defects
- Incorrect size, color or quantity delivered per order
- Custom option (screen printing/embroidering/etc) is incorrect
If by chance your luggage cover doesn’t fit to your liking, or you decided you prefer a different color, Contact us. We want happy customers and are we are willing to work something out! If your order was placed with a custom option, such as screen printing , embroidery or custom sizing, these items cannot be restocked and therefore cannot be returned or exchanged.
Luggage Armour LLC reserves the right to refuse return or exchange if the product is free from defect or defect is a result of damage or use by the customer.
Order and Return Shipping Policy
Customers are responsible for cost of shipping and must select the appropriate shipping method when making their order. Shipping fee’s are non-refundable and customers are responsible for all shipping costs should you decide to return for any reason other than:
